I just completed the final exam for the first section of second semester. I passed with a solid B! For some reason I can’t seem to break into the A’s. Whatever, I’m passing, and that’s all that matters…atleast, that’s what I tell myself in order to not slip into this overachiever psychosis thing that I do.

Celebrating with a post exam, pre-noon Nooner has become a tradition with my school  buddies. I have to say, I really needed it! This semester really required some effort. We survived by studying in a small group, once or twice a week. It helped, I’m sold!

I also have a tradition of my own. It’s a little something I do to reward myself and keep me focused on the task of finishing school. What is it? Well, every semester (even before nursing school) I buy a new candle for my desk, a cute desk accessory, and something a little quirky.
