Nursing school starts in exactly 7 days. I’m excited, nervous, and in need of a new bag! I’ve been searching for the past couple of weeks, and can’t seem to find the right one. You’re probably thinking I’m crazy. I mean, any old bag should do…right? Not exactly. The books for nursing school are gigantoid! I shudder when I think about the amount of information in those books, and how I’m expected to fit that info into my brain! Another thing to consider when choosing the right bag, is the numerous “tools” I will need to carry to clinicals. I’ll need to have room for my stethoscope, my blood pressure cuff, Ipad, Joey Pouch, water bottle, and lunch bag. You see where I’m going? This bag needs to do it all.

So, what are my options? Many folks like the backpack on wheels. I don’t. I know it will help me save my back; but I just can’t do it! I think about how bulky they are, and don’t even think about climbing stairs with it. Forget it!

It’s a great size and really cheap! It’s got a decent amount of space, and I love that it’s pink. Definitely an option, considering my new “student” financial status.

This is a bag to covet! It’s really a gym/yoga bag. It’s spacious, sturdy, and very stylish. There’s a zippered pocket on the back that is made to hold a yoga mat, and it comes with a drawstring pouch to keep your running shoes in. It’s the perfect bag for a student on the go! The price point is a little out of my reach; but it’s definitely something I will be saving up for!
